Clawio — AI Email Assistant
AI-powered email assistant for Gmail and Outlook — learn, draft, and send on your behalf.

Why Clawio
Email is broken. Professionals spend hours every week reading, sorting, and writing replies — most of it repetitive. Clawio is an AI-powered email assistant built to fix that. By connecting Gmail or Outlook to Clawio, users get a personal assistant that learns how they communicate and handles their inbox on their behalf — for both businesses and individuals on the Swedish market.
My Role
Clawio is my own startup, currently in development. I'm responsible for the full product — from concept and UX to technical architecture and build. Every feature, design decision, and integration is owned by me.
How It Works
Users connect their Gmail or Outlook account to Clawio and train their personal assistant through free text and uploaded documents — anything from company information to communication guidelines and tone of voice. The assistant learns the user's identity and responds accordingly.
From there, Clawio can automatically reply to incoming emails based on what it's been trained on. For emails that need a human touch, it generates ready-to-send drafts that the user can review and approve with one click. Users can also compose new emails through the assistant — fully informed by everything it's learned about the company or individual behind it.

Technical Build
Built with Next.js and React on the frontend, Supabase handling authentication and database, OpenAI's API powering the assistant logic, and Stripe for subscription payments. The architecture is designed to scale from individual users to teams and businesses.
Next Steps
Clawio launches on the Swedish market, with a mobile app and expanded web platform planned as the next phase of development.
